A tutorial/getting started video on how to use the Greater Goods Resistance Bands. I made videos like this for our entire fitness lineup, and recorded all the VO one after the other. After about 90 minutes of talking into a microphone and saying the same things over and over again, I kind of lost the ability for form sentences for a few hours.
