A turning point for our social media posts for a couple reasons. Our photographer, who had been filming more and more of the reels and had started to do voiceovers as well had expressed an interest in learning Premiere, so we worked together on this one to co-edit, and she was a natural! A few months later, she had taken over the social editing completely (except a few instances when I took a couple off her plate or we wanted to do some more advanced stuff).
